### Lot Information

Lot 1

Community End of Life Care from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025. These services assist anyone living in Dudley and its surrounding areas affected by a cancer diagnosis. The aims & objectives of the service are to (a) relieve cancer patients, their families and friends of the trauma of the diagnosis and treatment of cancer by provision of practical help and emotional support and (b) to further the knowledge and understanding of cancer, its treatments and effects on the patient, their family and friends both clinically and psychologically. Services include: * Counselling /emotional support including bereavement support * Cancer specific peer support groups * Befriending services * Home to Hospital Transport Services * Complementary therapies * Various therapy group support including music, art, craft, relaxation, yoga, exercise and good diet and cookery services * Specific 1-2-1 Support & Information * Newsletter * Public Engagements events and social media campaigns particularly supporting prevention of cancer.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
