The Provision of Equipment, Maintenance, Procedural Kits and Training Services . Required for the treatment of patients suffering from: Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (CTCL) +18 years of age, Acute and Chronic Graft versus Host disease (aGvHD, cGVHD) + 3 years of age and Solid Organ Transplant Rejection (SOT) (Lung and Heart) + 18 years of age

### Procurement Information

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) is regional center for Extracorporeal Photopheresis (ECP) services and treatment. NUH receive ECP referrals from Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire NHS Trusts. NUH Haematology department currently perform ECP treatment for Patients experiencing severe acute Graft vs host disease. Without this treatment Patients experiencing Graft vs Host disease would experience severe life limiting symptoms as a result of their disease and in severe cases could contribute to death. Continuity of ECP service delivery with incumbent supplier is essential to ensure NUH Patients and regional Patient referrals treatments are performed with current equipment, procedural kits and also the training provision for NUH Haematology Nurses. Without the Cellex equipment in situ, procedural kits and training provision NUH Haematology ECP service wouldn't be able to provide essential ECP treatment for its Patients or regional Patient referrals. In addition any disruption the ECP service delivery could cause harm to our Patients.
