The project is for the provision of an ICT to assist the client in the delivery of stabilisation and repair works of Carrickfergus Piers. Works to include but not limited to: The consult to review the Doran's Condition Assessment of Carrickfergus Harbour & Remedial Works Report carried out in 2023 and provide an addendum to the current condition of the harbour structures highlighting priority repairs which are to be included as part of the contract. Albert Edward Peir - Anode replacement - Anode Installation - RC Skin to parapet wall Alexandra Pier - Investigate the purpose and ownership of the piles close to the gangway ramp - Visual inspection of the slab above the structure - Resurfacing works - Anode replacement - RC skin to parapet wall William Pier - Removal of marine growth - Replace missing stones - Repointing with lime mortar - Sealed culvert: install stone facing similar to existing to the upstream and downstream faces. Wedged concrete to be saw cut flush with the structure.
