Expressions of interest were sought from all those appointed to Portsmouth City Council's Building Safety Consultancy Framework (Find a Tender Contract Notice: 2023/S 000-012406 & Find a Tender Contract Award Notice: 2023/S 000-037150 refer). Invitations to Tender ("ITT") were then offered to all three companies who had expressed an interest in bidding for the delivery of this service as described; all administered through Southampton City Council's Proactis e-sourcing portal. Invitations were issued to on the 8th October 2024 with a return date of 8th November 2024. the submissions were evaluated and moderated. standstill commenced 31st January 2025 and the contract has been awarded 13th February 2025
