The Authority enters into the Contract for a period of 3 years with the successful Tenderer, with an option to extend for a period of 12 months. Additional information: The contract initial term is 36 months with an option to extend for a period of 12 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. Should the extension option be utilised, this would be an additional PS10,000 value. Renewal: Will be subject to renewal after contract end date. Lot 2a. Manchester Bollards Hull City Council has appointed M.K.M Building Supplies Limited as Primary Supplier for Lot 2a - Manchester Bollards and Glasdon UK Limited as Secondary Supplier for Lot 2a - Manchester Bollards (estimated value for Lot 2a is PS35,000.00 per annum). The Authority enters into the Contracts for a period of 3 years with the successful Tenderers, with an option to extend for a period of 12 months. Lot 2b. Other bollards and Guard Railing Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to supply Civil Engineering Products. The Authority is setting up a framework which will consist of a range of suppliers. The tender is an open competitive procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 1st June 2025 ending by 31st May 2028. The Authority proposes to enter into Contracts for a period of 3 years with the successful Tenderer (Supplier), with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a maximum of 12 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services/ Goods to be PS475,000 per annum. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
