## Summary

The London Borough of Lambeth has issued an open tender for the "Serious Violence Tier 1 Universal Schools Programme," aimed at combating youth violence through educational services across the borough's primary, secondary, all-through schools, special schools, and secondary pupil referral units. The contract, which falls under the community action programme (CPV 85322000) and various other related services such as youth education and safety education, will run from September 2025 to July 2027, with the possibility of extending to July 2028. Key dates include the tender submission deadline on 21st March 2025 and an award period beginning the same day. The procurement stage is currently active under an open procedure, allowing electronic and written submissions.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses experienced in delivering educational and community service programmes focused on youth violence prevention. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in developing self-confidence and self-esteem among young people, ensuring online safety, and addressing vulnerabilities related to exploitation, domestic abuse, and healthy relationships. Organisations that can align their services with existing programmes in Lambeth schools are well-suited to compete, thereby supporting continuous messaging and shared awareness of current issues. The successful bidder will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the community while expanding their service portfolio.
