This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in healthcare services, particularly those with experience in crisis and drop-in services. The nature of the direct award process and adherence to PSR criteria favours existing service providers who demonstrate quality, integration, and service sustainability, making it particularly suitable for established providers with a proven track record. The continuity offered by retaining the existing provider ensures stability in service delivery, benefiting both the provider and the patient community.
