The system should be agile and have the flexibility to respond to evolving technology and operational requirements as these emerge. The platform will provide the interface between patients and clinicians with the ability to enable remote monitoring. The Contract ownership shall be with the Acute Trusts within the collaborative; with use in patients own homes and potentially care homes, with the ability for staff to work in a agile way (e.g. work from their vehicles).
