General Information We are seeking to issue a Contract for the Supply of Door Panels to our PVCu Production Factory, based in Nant-y-Cafn, Seven Sisters, Neath, SA10 9EY. It is envisaged that a maximum of 1 Supplier will be awarded the Contract. Duration The Contract shall operate for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods. Form of Contract The Form of Contract that applies to this Contract shall be Tai Tarian's Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and Related Services. Estimated Value The estimated annual value of the Contract is 50000GBP excluding VAT. The whole-life estimated value of the Contract is 150000GBP with an option to extend up to 250000GBP.

Renewal: The Contract shall operate for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods.
