## Summary

The Ministry of Defence is seeking to engage a contractor for the "DM/00177 Equipment & Services Support Provider" tender, involving the procurement and supply of low-value, non-complex requirements in support of defence services to Defence Munitions. This procurement falls under the "Military defence services" category and is at the tender update stage, with the latest amendment made on 14 March 2025. The tender method is selective (restricted procedure), and the procurement process will include electronic submissions. Key deadlines include the tender period end date on 24 March 2025 and the invitation date for the second stage on 28 April 2025. Potential suppliers must comply with the Public Contracting Regulations (PCR 2015) thresholds and adhere to electronic trading requirements via the Contracting, Purchasing & Finance (CP&F) electronic procurement tool. The main procurement location is listed under the region "UKK11" (Bristol, United Kingdom), with a tender value of £5 million GBP.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses that specialise in supplying various goods and services, such as air compressor equipment, clothing, DIY consumables, fire safety, health and safety equipment, non-MODNET IT requirements, manufacturing materials, mechanical handling equipment, packaging materials, personal protective equipment, on-site repair and maintenance at Defence Munitions, and workshop tooling. Companies that excel in offering low-value procurement support and are capable of handling multiple ad-hoc tasks without guaranteed throughput will find this tender particularly advantageous. Additionally, the engagement involves recurring requirements and allows for a pre-agreed service fee on each task, adjusted through Key Performance Indicator incentives. Qualified businesses with the capability to manage procurement services and keen on expanding their operational footprint in the defence sector will be well-suited to compete for this contract.

## Notice
