## Summary

Hampshire County Council (HCC) is in the planning stage of a procurement process titled "Overnight Respite Service for Children and Young People with a Disability," under the industry category of Social Work Services with Accommodation. This process is aimed at the re-procurement of the Children's Services Overnight Respite Open Framework, with the service location being Hampshire and its bordering counties. The procurement effort is valued at £20,000,000 and will be governed by the Procurement Act 2023. A key date in this process is the Online Engagement Event scheduled for 6th March 2025, from 10am to 11:30am.

This tender provides significant opportunities for businesses capable of delivering social work services with accommodation, particularly those focusing on children and young people with disabilities. Organisations attending the Online Engagement Event will have the chance to influence the service delivery model and gain insights into HCC's requirements. Businesses with expertise in providing welfare services for children and young people will find this tender particularly relevant. Participation in this engagement exercise will help interested companies shape the future procurement and align their offerings with HCC's needs, potentially leading to business growth and new partnership opportunities.
