The appointed concessionaire shall be responsible for selling and managing advertising on approved display units, utilising the latest technology in and around the city, which includes: * The supply, installation, maintenance, and removal (as necessary) of up to a maximum of 40 approved display units in Peterborough during the initial installation phase of the contract. * The selling and management of advertising space on the display units. * Making proposals for additional display units to be supplied, installed, maintained, and removed (as necessary) at new sites throughout the contract period. * Supplying, installing, maintaining, and removing (as necessary) display units at the request of the authority. * Relocating and/or removing existing units which are affected by development works (subject to approval by the authority and at the expense of the concessionaire). This is a concessions contract - the successful concessionaire will be required to pay a guaranteed quarterly payment to the authority, in addition to a percentage of the gross revenue generated through the sale of advertising space.
