This booking system will include online text search, managing online enquiries, bookings, payments, invoicing and reporting. Renewal: The Contract will commence on 18/12/25 and run until the end of 17/12/27. At the Trusts discretion, there is an option for a 24 month extension at the end of the first term. If this extension is used, then the final expiry date will be 17/12/2029. Fully Managed Lettings Provision The Provider will offer a fully managed lettings provision to operate and manage external lettings of the Trust's facilities. This framework will ensure the maximisation of utilisation, community engagement and income generation for the Trust, this includes but is not limited to sales and marketing, booking lettings, managing facilities and payments.
