The provision of a Social Prescribing Service in West Lancashire Start Date: 01/04/2025 End Date: 31/03/2027 The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS319,037 however the final contract value is still to be finalised. The ICB are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C.

### Procurement Information
