This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather insights as part of the planning stage and is in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 regulations. Interested parties must submit their responses by 12 noon on Friday, 7 March 2025. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Procurement Act 2023 Regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, both the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the new Provider Selection Regime (PSR). The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 do not apply to this service.
