### Procurement Information

The Commodities Team with Logistics, Services & Commodities (LSC), part of the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD), intends to award a Contract to MEL Aviation Ltd for the Support of Gas Cylinder Charging Trolleys for 3 years from 2025 to 2028. It is considered that this Contract can be placed using the Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication of a Contract Notice pursuant to Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 for technical reasons.
