## Summary

BlueLight Commercial Limited, acting as the contracting authority, has successfully completed the procurement process for the BLC0250 National E-Commercial System. This procurement project, which utilised an open competitive flexible procedure, was aimed at fulfilling the needs of national police commercial communities and other public sector entities such as Fire and Rescue Services across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. The procurement involved various stages, including tendering and awarding, with key dates such as the contract signing on 4 March 2026. The awarded supplier, Atamis Ltd., will deliver services related to software packages and IT systems, promoting efficient contract management and commercial activities for the involved parties.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses focused on IT services, software development, and support systems to expand their reach and influence within the public sector. Companies proficient in these areas, particularly SMEs, could greatly benefit from engaging with the BlueLight E-Commercial System contract. The extended contract period also allows businesses to build long-term relationships with various national and local authorities, creating a robust infrastructure for managing commercial activities across the UK. Notably, suppliers capable of integrating systems that meet public safety and administrative needs will find this an advantageous platform to showcase their expertise and drive growth in this sector.
