## Summary

Nottingham City Council has concluded the procurement process for the “CPU5378 - Early Years Provision - Concession Contract,” involving two separate contracts for services at the Meadows and Broxtowe Family Hubs in Nottingham, UK (region UKF14). The procurement was carried out using the open procedure under the special light touch regime of the Procurement Act 2023. The contract was officially awarded on 1st September 2025 and is scheduled to run through until 31st August 2030, with potential for a two-year extension. Nottingham City Council will oversee the contracts, which have been awarded to THE GREENFIELDS CENTRE LIMITED and LILY & CO LIMITED for Lots 1 and 2 respectively. These lots involve pre-school education and child daycare services, focusing on providing integrated support for families and children, with a strong emphasis on high-quality childcare.

The awarded tender offers significant business growth opportunities for suppliers in the childcare and early years education industry, particularly those experienced in providing OfSTED-registered services for children aged 0-5 years. Ideal candidates for such tenders include established providers who can operate within the council's family hub ecosystem while contributing to the running costs through rent-free provisions and generating income from individual families. The contracts allow suppliers to strengthen their operational presence in Nottingham, collaborate with early help teams, and deliver valuable integrated support services, which positions them well for expanding within the educational and social care sectors.
