Brief Description of Requirement The requirement is vacuum cleaning for UHV applications. The necessary procedure is the following; * Spray with high pressure jets at 60oC with a 2% solution of ALMECO 29 * Repeat with a 2% solution of AMKLENE D FORTE * Rinse thoroughly with hot demineralised water * Dry in warm clean air
