This is to enable Phase 2 Procurement, Commissioning Intentions and Implementation to be completed whilst ensuring the Plymouth system has sufficient capacity to support flow and discharge out of acute and community settings, preventing unnecessary spend on spot purchased on pathway 2 capacity as part of our delivery of the intermediate care plan.
