The provision of Peatland Code Validation and Verification Services. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement period will commence in January 2026 for an initial period of 24 months with the option to extend for a maximum of an additional two 12-month periods. The decision on whether to exercise the extension options available will be at the sole discretion of FLS.

Woodland Carbon Code

The provision of Woodland Carbon Code Validation and Verification Services. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
