This is regarding providing furniture repair and polishing services to British High Commission to New Delhi. This includes on and off property of BHC New Delhi. 1. As repair & polishing is the recurring job at residential & non-residential, so it will be beneficial to make the contract, so that we can adheres the work without any hindrances. 2. Once we have this contract we can easily polish or repaired furniture as and when required. 3. Once we have this agreement in place, we won't require quotes from several suppliers every time. The contract will be signed initially for 3 years and will have a provision of extending it further for 2 years, depending upon the performance of the contractor, feedbacks, review of KPIs and requirement as per business continuity.
