## Summary

Transport for London (TfL) is currently in the planning stage of a significant procurement process for a Minor and Renewals Works and Services Framework, targeting various TfL business units. This procurement falls under the services category, specifically focusing on repair and maintenance services within the utilities sector. The framework encompasses several disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, fire, premises, drainage, and communications assets, with its main operational region in London, United Kingdom. Initial market engagements have already taken place, and further opportunities for engagement, such as a Meet the Buyer event scheduled before 4th July 2025, are on the horizon. Key dates include a future notice date on 27th August 2025, with the contract period planned to start on 1st May 2026 and conclude by 30th April 2034. The framework aims to support existing FM contracts with call-off values up to £350K, following an Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 23.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses looking to expand their connections with large-scale public authority projects, especially those operating within the facility management industry. With an estimated framework value between £200 million and £240 million, it accommodates a range of service providers, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The framework's structure, involving multiple lots across different TfL units, enables businesses specialising in diverse fields such as mechanical installations, electrical repairs, fire safety systems, and more to find suitable roles. Companies capable of delivering high-quality services in repair, maintenance, and light installations will find this procurement particularly aligned with their growth potential. The open framework nature ensures ongoing competition and opportunities throughout the contract's duration, making it an attractive proposition for businesses aiming to enhance their public sector portfolio.
