## Summary

Brighton and Hove City Council, located at Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, is in the planning stage of a procurement process titled "BHCC LD Residential and Supported Living". This process involves outsourcing four services related to residential and supported living for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. The industry category is Health and Social Work Services. Key dates include a preliminary engagement deadline set for 24th March 2025, with responses to be sent via email. The actual services are planned to be operational under new management starting from 1st October 2025, with the contract potentially running until 2030 or 2035, covering regions within the United Kingdom.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses involved in health and social care services, particularly those experienced in providing residential and supported living services. Suitable companies include those with expertise in managing facilities for individuals with severe and moderate learning disabilities and autism, as well as those capable of adhering to regulatory requirements such as TUPE regulations. SMEs are encouraged to participate, and businesses that can offer innovative service delivery models or enter into favourable lease arrangements with the Council would find this opportunity particularly advantageous. The process currently focuses on engagement to refine the Council's approach, making it an excellent time for interested parties to influence the final tender specifications.
