This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. On 1 April 2026, NHS North West London ICB and NHS North Central London ICB merged to form NHS West and North London ICB. Under the relevant NHS transfer scheme, NHS West and North London ICB has assumed the rights and obligations of both predecessor ICBs in respect of this contract. This change does not affect the scope, value, or terms of the contract."
