## Notice

THIS IS A PIPELINE NOTICE. Together Housing Association Ltd (THA) anticipates conducting a procurement exercise in respect of the provision of a waste management solution which covers all waste streams and THA geographies. The waste streams include removal of waste from offices, operational areas and depots, supply and collection of skips, direct tipping and responsive services.

### Planning Information

At this stage, THA are seeking responses to our four engagement questionnaires. Suppliers can respond to one, several or all questionnaires depending upon the services they can deliver. Suppliers should email 'thg.procurement@togetherhousing.co.uk' expressing their interest in this market engagement process in order to receive a copy of the questionnaires for completion.
The deadline date for submission of questionnaire responses is 31st March 2025. Completed questionnaires should be submitted to 'thg.procurement@togetherhousing.co.uk'. 
THA may conduct meetings following the receipt of questionnaire responses and may also host collective market engagement sessions, such as webinars or supplier days.
THA may choose to procure the four services outlined within this preliminary market engagement notice separately or together and will make this decision following the completion of our market engagement.
