### Lot Information

Catering Equipment

The University operates multiple hospitality outlets across campus including 4 West Cafe, Parade, Pitstop, The Fountain, Limetree, Polden (operational during the summer), Claverton Kitchen, The Sports Cafe, The Edge, and Pavilion. These outlets feature a diverse array of catering equipment, including commercial ovens, deep fryers, grills etc. Additionally, the retail outlet, Fresh Grocery Store, features commercial ovens in its bakery section. We require a supplier who is readily available for reactive maintenance callouts for this extensive and varied range of equipment. Additionally, a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service is crucial. We are looking for a supplier who can adapt to our aging estate and focus on PPM with detailed service reports. This approach is to ensure everyday repairs are managed efficiently, and a long-term economic assessment of our current estate is facilitated to ultimately achieve cost savings.

Refrigeration

The refrigeration needs span across the aforementioned hospitality outlets and include walk-in refrigerators, display fridges, freezers etc. Our two campus retail stores also feature an assortment of refrigeration units. The supplier should provide a reactive maintenance service along with a comprehensive PPM service for the entire estate detailed within this tender. This PPM schedule should encompass both the hospitality outlets and the retail stores, aiming to maintain optimal operational conditions throughout the year.
