## Notice

The Bedminster Green River Restoration is a scheme aiming to restore a total of 415m of the River Malago in Bedminster, delivering environmental and public realm enhancements as part of the wider Bedminster Green Framework for regeneration. The Bedminster Green Regeneration Framework was developed in 2019 to guide the regeneration of the Bedminster Green area. It sets out principles to create a high quality, well connected neighbourhood by transforming a number of underused brownfield sites. The area is made up of five sites (plots) that are being redeveloped to provide housing and mixed-use schemes. The river restoration plans have been developed to align with 3 of the 5 main development plots; Plot 1, Plot 3 and Plot 5. Previous market engagement has been held regarding Plot 3 works however we are now looking to combine procurements for both Plots 3 and 5 and wish to update the market on our plans.
