This contract covers the provision of nursing home services for adults in CQC registered Nursing Homes and is applicable to Providers with nursing homes in West Sussex, East Sussex, Brighton & Hove, or the surrounding area. Applications were open from Tuesday 1 April 2025 through CarePulse eProcurement (https://sussex-nhaqp-2025.carepulse.co.uk/) and closed at 5:00 pm on 13 May 2025. Applications were evaluated between 14 May 2025 and 8 July 2025. Successful Providers have been added to the NHS Sussex Nursing Home AQP list, which the ICB uses as the primary route for commissioning NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) placements for adults. This notice relates to an existing service; the contract commenced on 1 December 2024. The Providers listed in this notice are new Providers joining this contract for the first time. The procurement is conducted under the Provider Selection Regime Competitive Process. The contract does not guarantee any volume of activity or payment to the Provider. There is no minimum number of packages that the Provider can expect to receive through the contract. Evalucom Consulting Ltd are managing the procurement process on behalf of NHS Sussex ICB Commissioning Authority. The award decision was made by NHS Sussex ICB Commissioning Authority.
