In the Prior Information Notice interested parties were asked to come forward for a one to one discussion and demonstration with the Council. The Council undertook one to ones with 5 providers. These one to ones took place during September and October 2024 either via teams or at Norfolk County Council premises ( County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich)
