The floating support element supports individuals who are still engaged in substance misuse and offers pathways into accommodation and other treatment support services. Leicester City Council ('the Authority') is intending to award this contract to the existing Provider following Direct Award Process C under NHS Provider Selection Regime 2023 The approximate lifetime value of this contract is PS1,164,091.

Options: The initial contract term is 3 years with the option to extend for a further periods of up to 2 years (3+1+1).

### Procurement Information
