## Summary

Cornwall Council is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for "Supported Housing & Floating Support for Homeless Households" within the health and social work services industry. The current Empowering and Independence services contract is coming to an end in 31st March 2026. The Council will be procuring an Approved Provider Agreement (APA) for Supported Accommodation for Homeless Households and county wide floating support, to commence April 2026. The draft specification attached is broken down into 2 Lots: * LOT 1 - Supported Accommodation (support in accommodation provided by the provider) * LOT 2 - Countywide floating Support (Peripatetic support in situ)
