The service includes: * providing a responsive provision which meets the needs of any amendments to current vaccinations and immunisation programmes; * delivering elements of immunisation programmes applicable to each individual; * ensuring vaccinations and immunisations are delivered in accordance with the vaccination and immunisation requirements; * offering flexible arrangements for vaccination services in the home and community settings; * empowering individuals to make informed decisions regarding immunisations; * recording, electronically, in an accurate and timely manner details of the vaccination against the individuals record held by the Provider and ensuring that this information is shared with the Child Health Information Service.
