Under the PSR Direct Award C "incumbent provider" this is necessary to direct award a short term contract to ensure continuity of care and provision to vulnerable children whilst substantive recruitment continues.

Options: There is an option to extend this contract by a further period until the end of Term 1 2025/26 where necessary in order to ensure continuity of care for a vulnerable cohort of children whilst active substantive recruitment continues.
