## Summary

NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) is currently in the planning stage for a procurement process titled "All-Age Live-in Care, All-Age Complex Care and CYP Trusted Assessor Framework". This procurement, classified under the health services category, focuses on securing providers for live-in care, complex care for all ages, and spot therapy and clinical psychology provision for children and young people (CYP) within the UKK4 region. Interested providers are invited to register their interest via the Atamis e-procurement system ahead of the market engagement event scheduled for the week commencing 21st April 2025. The framework lots, expected to commence on 1st December 2025, will span up to four years.

This tender represents a substantial opportunity for businesses in the healthcare sector, particularly those adept in providing specialised care services. Businesses with capabilities in live-in care, complex care management involving both adults and children, and therapeutic support for CYPs will find this tender highly relevant. The procurement will likely involve a competitive process under a framework contract, creating opportunities for sustained business growth. Reliable providers equipped to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, including registered nursing oversight and specialised therapeutic interventions, are well-suited to compete in this procurement. Participation could enhance market positioning and expand service offerings within the healthcare sector in Devon.
