The service provider will support the Your Future Chelmsley Wood (YFCW) project (formally Net Zero Neighbourhood/15-minute Neighbourhood project) by delivering engagement and retrofit assessments in the Chelmsley Wood area. In addition, the service provider may be called on to provide professional retrofit services as part of the West Midlands Combined Authority led 'Building Retrofit Pilot'. Delivery will be part of the 'Warm Homes: Local Grant' element of the Building Retrofit Pilot which is targeted at improving the energy efficiency of privately owned/rented households within the Solihull Borough.
