## Summary

The procurement process for the "Research on Costs of INNs Impacts" was initiated by the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and involved the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) as the procuring entity. This contract falls under the services industry category, specifically targeting research and development consultancy services. The geographical focus for activities is the UK, with both the buyer and procuring entities located in London. This report provided a series of recommended measures for water companies to reduce the impacts of INNS, covering prevention, management, control and eradication. Following this report, the water industry has implemented measures to limit future costs, maintain services, and help protect the environmen
