Lot 1

NHS Cheshire & Merseyside ICB - St Helens Place intend to award a 2 year contract with an option to extend for a further 12 months via Direct Award C to the incumbent provider to deliver a digital mental health and emotional wellbeing offer for St Helens children and young people aged 10 - 25. The contract will start on 1st April 2024 and will expire 31st March 2026 with a further option to extend for 12 months with expiry 31st March 2027. The annual contract value is PS83,800 (plus any appropriate NHS uplift).
