The procurement process aims to provide support for individuals with complex needs, those affected by Covid-19, and eating disorder patients within Oxfordshire (region UKJ). The process has reached the Award stage, with the contract valued at £1,316,697 signed on 19th March 2025. This tender presents significant opportunities for experienced providers in the health and social care sector to establish or strengthen their presence in Oxfordshire. Businesses specialising in mental health support, crisis intervention, and holistic care for eating disorders can leverage this tender to grow their service offerings. The key service areas include personality disorder support, Covid-19 mental health recovery, and adult community eating disorders, with a focus on ongoing support and structured psychological assistance. Experienced providers with a proven track record in these areas, particularly those adept at working within NHS frameworks, would be well-suited to compete for such contracts.

## Notice

Personality disorder workers' specialist support will enable more people with complex needs to receive the support they need - this will be done through a combination of thorough assessment and signposting, crisis intervention and Structured Psychological Support. Workers will be part of the Community Mental Health Framework Hub. Rise and Shine service support people whose mental health has been negatively affected by Covid-19 - this is floating support to people in clusters 0-3. Adult Community Eating Disorders workers will deliver 12 weeks sessions to service services, provide holistic support to Eating Disorders service patients with long-standing needs. Support will be person-centred and may include support around mental or physical health, finances/benefits, substance use, housing, advocacy, education/employment etc.
