## Summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust has completed a procurement process to award a contract titled "Weekly family support and workshop sessions" under the industry category of Health and social work services. The project aims to support children, young people, and families within Oxfordshire who are either waiting for or have received a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD. The contract was awarded on 19th March 2025 through a direct award procedure, without prior publication of a call for competition. The limited procurement method was chosen as it falls outside the scope of application of the directive, and the chosen supplier for this award is Autism Oxford UK Limited, located in Abingdon, with the contract valued at £29,500.

This tender presents a significant growth opportunity for businesses specialising in health and social work services, particularly those experienced in supporting autistic individuals and those with ADHD. Companies that can demonstrate existing robust service delivery and a track record of fulfilling similar contracts would be well-suited to compete. The procurement process involved a pass/fail assessment based on key criteria, ensuring that the awarded provider meets quality and financial standards, which highlights the importance for interested businesses to maintain high service quality and compliance. The opportunity might also appeal to businesses capable of extending contracts under similar conditions, as options for contract extensions are available until 31st March 2027.
