The procurement process is currently at the tender stage, and prospective suppliers must submit their tenders by 12:00 on 14 April 2025. The procurement method is an open competition suitable for SMEs and VCSEs, with a programme aimed at enhancing community safety by addressing various forms of exploitation. This tender presents substantial opportunities for organisations specialising in community engagement, social services, and exploitation awareness and intervention. Businesses well-suited for this contract include those experienced in working with communities impacted by paramilitary activity, criminality, and organised crime. The programme demands providers capable of fostering collaboration between communities and statutory agencies to improve community resilience and safety. Successful bidders will have the chance to contribute significantly to community development, thereby strengthening their presence and reputation in the sector.
