WNC is in the process of entering into a partnership arrangement to deliver our Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health Service. To supplement the Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health Service, WNC is seeking to commission the provision of Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC) through community pharmacies in West Northamptonshire, free of charge to all women attending for this provision in line with requirements set out in the specification and in accordance with the EHC Patient Group Directions (PGD). Pharmacists providing this service must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), practising in West Northamptonshire and have completed the necessary training outlined in the service specification and PGD. West Northamptonshire Council will offer contracts to all providers that meet all requirements in relation to the provision of the relevant health care services to patients, based on this notice. Submissions will be evaluated and contracts awarded on a rolling basis up to the closing date of this advert. The contract ends on 31st March 2028.
