## Summary

The Royal Borough of Greenwich has initiated a procurement process titled "Adult Skills Framework 2025-2029," aimed at appointing providers for various educational and training services within the London area. This open procedure tender falls under the services industry category, with a total estimated value of £6,840,000. The procurement is currently in the Tender stage, and interested suppliers must submit their bids by 25 April 2025. Regular mini-competitions will be held yearly to allocate contracts for each academic year within the framework's duration, ending on 30 June 2029. The main areas covered include education, training, and employment support services, targeting different local community needs.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in education, training, and community support services. SMEs and VCSEs are particularly encouraged to participate, with the framework designed to commission a diverse range of contracts, from small to large, promoting a balanced programme. Suitable candidates include businesses offering instructional services, employment skills training, sector-specific qualifications, and support for disadvantaged groups. The framework's structure allows ongoing opportunities for growth, as successful providers will participate in annual mini-competitions, facilitating a continuous pipeline of contract opportunities aligned with the council’s educational and economic development goals.
