### Procurement Information

Changing to an alternative provider would have considerable impact and disruption on service across RBG, both operationally, and financially. Arranging for every SIM card to be swapped out, practically, RBG would need to bear the expense of temporary staff to either work on the SIM swap of backfill for staff completing this work, for an estimated 8 months based on 5000+ connections. Service disruption, service areas would need to make staff available with their devices to enable this.
