The scope of the contract covers services needed to support NRIL's data centre infrastructure hosted within data centers, LAN/Edge compute rooms and Cloud Platforms. It includes networks (LAN and WAN), platforms, mainframe, servers, specified applications including tools and services required to effectively operate the infrastructure. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The key objective of this project and sourcing event is to provide better value for money from improved efficiencies and service performance through: * greater cost transparency * development and implementation of a single operating model * optimised service model aligned with best practice * consolidation of multiple service contracts and thereby minimise duplicated effort * clearer Service ownership and improved Delivery * alignment of incentives with objectives. * reducing interfaces and touchpoints while making best use of technical tools and operational resources. * reduced organisational complexity and interface volumes * allow for demand growth within NRIL over the term Network Rail DDaT is pleased to hosting Pre-Market Engagement Supplier Event.
