## Notice

Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire have added an Enterprise Architecture function to their DDaT department supporting both organisations as part of their shared Enabling Services. As part of that initiative, there is a need to properly document the organisation's architecture and enable far easier accessibility and maintenance of this information. We are seeking to understand what software and systems are available on the market to aid in this work.

### Planning Information

We are conducting a preliminary market engagement exercise to understand what the market has to offer. We are inviting suppliers to demonstrate their tools via Microsoft teams on Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th April and as such suppliers will need to be available on any of these dates to demonstrate. Each supplier will have 1.5 hours to provide a demonstration of their product.
