The entire contract period extends from 3rd April 2025 to 30th September 2025.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in scientific equipment relocation and maintenance. Companies with expertise in handling sensitive and high-value scientific instruments, particularly those accredited by the original equipment manufacturers, stand to benefit greatly from participating in such tenders. Organisations that can provide comprehensive solutions for de-energising, protecting, transporting, and recommissioning complex equipment like NMR spectrometers are well-suited to compete in similar future tenders. This procurement also highlights opportunities for large-scale contractors capable of managing rigorous timelines and technical requirements.

## Notice

Four spectrometers are all Bruker instruments: * 1x 300MHz * 2x 400MHz * 1x 500MHz One Bruker 300MHz spectrometer is also to be decommissioned and taken out of use.

### Procurement Information

The University are intending to appoint Bruker UK to relocate four NMR Spectrometers from the existing Chemistry building to a new Molecular Sciences building.
