## Summary

The Ministry of Justice, a central government public authority in the United Kingdom, is conducting a procurement process to secure community support services for men across England and Wales. The tender, titled "Community Support for Men," falls under the probation services category. With the process currently in the tender update stage, the deadline for expressing interest in participation is set for 22nd October 2025, while potential suppliers had until 9th October 2025 to submit enquires. The indicative award date is projected for October 2026, with services expected to commence in March 2027. The procurement follows a selective method with a competitive flexible procedure and encompasses an extensive contract value, estimated between £854,446,832 and £1,128,855,881, inclusive of VAT, over a maximum potential term of eight years.

This procurement presents substantial opportunities for businesses involved in delivering comprehensive rehabilitative services within the criminal justice sector. Entities with expertise in creating supportive community networks, addressing substance misuse, and improving employment and housing outcomes stand to benefit significantly. The contract requires a lead supplier to coordinate a supply chain to ensure service delivery, making it advantageous for companies experienced in partnership-based projects and service integration. Businesses adept in managing large-scale service contracts and possessing a robust understanding of diverse community needs across the UK are particularly well-suited to compete, given the project's expansive geographic and service scope.
