## Notice

SAP provide a suite of Services to Northern Gas Networks to optimise the ability to capture regulatory and non-regulatory data via on-premises /cloud software and applications. A variety of different Cloud services are allocated to NGN these are measured on a User, Session, Tennant, Resources and recurring basis. These are reviewed annually and volumes change according to business needs.

### Procurement Information

NGN have invested heavily in SAP Hana and licences to optimise its ability to capture regulatory and non regulatory data via on-premise/cloud software and applications. If NGN did not extend these licenses then the risk would be to lose access to key critical business applications like SuccessFactors (NGN&Me) and SCP (the platform for the E&R work app, the Dispatch app etc). If NGN were to look at re-implementation of new technology, infrastructure and middleware, plus integration with our backend ERP, there could be loss of access to the E&R work app and the Dispatch app which could pose a serious risk to life and property, and to NGNs ability to fulfil Regulatory Licence Conditions.
