The provision of a community audiology service delivering age related hearing assessments and aids in community settings, covering the Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB footprint. Start Date: 01/04/2025 End Date: 31/03/2028 With the option to extend for a further 2 years. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS1,442,650 (including the extension) however the final contract value is still to be finalised. The ICB are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C.

### Procurement Information
